What CélulaHub is

CélulaHub is software as a service (SaaS) for church cell group management, including member records, attendance tracking, meeting reports, shared materials, and role-based permissions (admin, supervisor, leader, member).

Accounts and sign-up

Access to CélulaHub is invite-only. An Organization's main account is created after an access request is approved; from there, admins can invite supervisors, leaders, and members.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You represent that the information you provide during sign-up is true, complete, and up to date.

The Organization's responsibilities

When entering data about members, leaders, and supervisors into CélulaHub, the Organization acts as the data controller for that personal data under the LGPD and is responsible for: (a) having an adequate legal basis for processing that data; (b) obtaining any necessary consents, including from parents or guardians where minors are involved; and (c) responding directly to data subjects exercising their rights, with CélulaHub's technical support where needed.

CélulaHub acts as the data processor for that data, handling it only according to the Organization's instructions and for the purpose of providing the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

By using CélulaHub, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes;
• Attempt to access another Organization's accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
• Interfere with or attempt to compromise the platform's security or operation;
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell CélulaHub's software, except as expressly permitted in writing;
• Submit content that infringes third-party rights, or that is defamatory or unlawful.

Data and content ownership

All data entered by the Organization and its users — including member records, reports, materials, and prayer requests — remains the property of the Organization. CélulaHub does not claim ownership over this content and uses it solely to provide the subscribed service.

CélulaHub's software, brand, logo, and other materials are the property of RM Serviços de Tecnologia LTDA or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants the Organization or its users any right to that intellectual property beyond the right to use the platform as set out here.

Subscription, billing, and cancellation

CélulaHub is offered as a monthly subscription, priced according to the number of cell groups the Organization uses.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By entering a payment method, the Organization authorizes recurring billing for the chosen plan.

The Organization can cancel its subscription at any time. The subscription price automatically follows the number of active cell groups, and adjustments are applied in the next billing cycle.

Upon cancellation, access to the platform remains available until the end of the period already paid for. Each person can export their own personal data at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy; organization-level data export (members, reports, and materials) is not yet available.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an Organization's access, in whole or in part, in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or use that puts the platform's security or other users at risk. Whenever possible, we will notify the Organization in advance so that each person can export their own personal data before final termination; organization-level data export is not yet available.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

CélulaHub is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of security flaws, although we take reasonable measures to minimize them.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including for willful misconduct, fraud, or damages arising from a breach of the LGPD solely attributable to CélulaHub.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CélulaHub's total liability to the Organization arising from these Terms or use of the platform is limited to the amount actually paid by the Organization in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, along with the last-updated date. Continued use of CélulaHub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be submitted to the courts of João Pessoa, State of Paraíba, Brazil, with the parties waiving any other venue, however privileged.

Privacy

Personal data processing in CélulaHub is governed by our Privacy Policy.
